Well where do I start! Purchased online nearly a week ago but have not heard a word from them. Tryed to cancel order 18hrs after making the purchase due to buying one at bunnings store for $30 (clearance stock) whilst purchasing this speakooler we also purchased a bag of ice and within an hour of placing frozen ice in cooler the bag was half melted when we got home. Plus this purchase online cost me $117 Aus nearly 4 times the cost of purchasing one! Have emailed life-story but email address keeps bouncing back, have rang numerous times no reply! Eventually got ahold of a women who announced they didn't do the orders some other country did! Asked for her email address due to not connecting with life-story email address provided on website and asked for order to be cancelled and money refunded. Yet again no response! Not good business at all! 110% trying to make contact with this company and 0% response and still no refund. Can not recommend this company after no communication whosoever from them. An extremely difficult company to deal with and still no refund.
